Wawoo - A Service by Shaamin Food Centre

Welcome to Wawoo, a food ordering and delivery application operated by Shaamin Food Centre ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Introduction

Wawoo is an online platform that facilitates the ordering and delivery of food from various kitchens and restaurants. Wawoo is only responsible for taking orders and delivering food. The respective kitchen or restaurant is solely responsible for food preparation, quality, taste, and compliance with food safety regulations. Wawoo does not assume any responsibility for the food's taste, ingredients, allergens, or any health concerns arising from food consumption.

2. User Eligibility

By using Wawoo, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or using the app under parental supervision. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and order placement.

3. Ordering and Payments

  • Orders placed through Wawoo are forwarded to the respective kitchen for preparation.

  • Payments can be made via online payment methods or cash on delivery (if available).

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, cancellations or modifications may not be allowed.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Delivery Policy

  • Wawoo is responsible for delivering the food as per the estimated delivery time provided in the App.

  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or high order volume.

  • Users must ensure that the delivery address is accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded.

5. Responsibility for Food Preparation

  • Wawoo is not responsible for food preparation, quality, ingredients, taste, or any health-related issues arising from the consumption of food ordered via the App.

  • The respective kitchen or restaurant is solely responsible for the preparation and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Any complaints regarding food quality, hygiene, or related concerns should be directed to the respective kitchen.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are confirmed.

  • Refunds may be issued only in cases of non-delivery or order errors caused by Wawoo.

  • Any complaints regarding the food itself should be addressed directly to the respective kitchen.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration and ordering.

  • Use the App lawfully and refrain from fraudulent activities.

  • Respect delivery personnel and customer support representatives.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Wawoo shall not be held liable for any health issues, allergies, dissatisfaction, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food ordered through the App.

  • Wawoo is not responsible for the actions or negligence of the respective kitchens or restaurants.

  • In no event shall Wawoo be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on the App. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Qatar.
